Modesto Estate Sale has been helping Modesto and Turlock residents for over 20 years. We have a crew with vast experience in antiques and collectables. Barry and Tammy took over Modesto Estate Sale in 2014 from Mel Noman and John Crabb when they decided to retire, We have been assisting with the sales for over 10 years and felt it was the time to step up and take over. 

Barry Koester is on the acquisitions board at the McHenry Museum, and donates time to the McHenry Mansion.

Tammy Martin is on the acquisitions board and a McHenry Mansion Board Member.

Our Services

We will gladly come out a give you a free estimate, If you choose to have us do your sale, we will clean and organize, and price all item, we will place items on tables we provide,  No item is to large or small to sale, we keep up with current prices and whats hot. We have a large staff at least one person per room to watch and assist with sales. We will leave your house clean and neat. We will haul off all unwanted items. 

We advertise in the local paper, Craigslist, flyers, and we have a large email list.
